Contact Center Club's 1st-year Anniversary Highlights:

✅ Explored the latest features of the Genesys CC platform – Workforce Performance Management and Customer Journey Management.
✅ Reviewed the club's first-year results and developed ideas for future growth.

Club members acknowledged that the platform has become a valuable space for exchanging experiences. It has helped generate practical solutions for improving business processes, adopting new technologies, and achieving KPIs. 


A special thanks to Armands Bunkovskis for demonstrating the latest updates in Genesys platform, such as:

  • How Co-pilot simplifies agents’ daily tasks,
  • How Performance Management supports managers in monitoring KPI performance at both team and individual levels,
  • How Customer Journey Management visualizes client pathways, highlighting strengths and identifying bottlenecks across communication channels.
