Room availability at a distance, control up close

The screen and side LED will light up to show, at a distance, which rooms are available or occupied. The panel displays the meeting room name, current meeting details and a schedule of future bookings. On Tap Scheduler, rooms can be booked and meetings can be extended, modified or cancelled.
