Adventus Solutions celebrates 25 years: the people and projects that shape our journey

This year is a special milestone for the Adventus team – we are celebrating 25 years since the company was founded. Our anniversary was not only an opportunity to look back on our achievements, most memorable projects, and milestones, but above all, a chance to come together and celebrate the people who have shaped our journey.

To mark this special occasion, we visited the beautiful Sodeliškių Manor in Lithuania. Together, we baked bread, explored the historic Lithuanian manor and its mills, and visited the Vintage Car Museum. What impressed us most was the owners’ passion, care, and attention to every detail, as well as the way they bring the history of this place to life.

In many ways, this reminded us of our own approach. For 25 years, we have been building Adventus based on expertise, responsibility, teamwork, and genuine care for every customer project.

During the event, we looked back at some memorable projects and unforgettable moments:

💡 Bigbank contact center migration project across 9 countries in just 4 months

💡 Hotel phone system installation and programming in more than 500 hotel rooms

💡 Tender preparation in the days when documents had to be printed, hand-stitched, and submitted in paper form - and the whole team helped to get it ready

💡 A moment when one colleague met the CEO of a large company in an elevator, arranged a meeting, and successfully closed the deal by presenting our solution.

The day was not only about projects. It was also about people. Even though we have worked together for many years, this event showed us how many interesting and surprising things we still didn’t know about each other.

We found out that among us there is someone who:
🧡 worked in a piano factory as a musical instrument joiner
🧡 can stand on their head
🧡 hosts live broadcasts of floorball games
🧡 writes books
🧡 acted in a spy movie
🧡 is a city champion in long jump
🧡 and maybe the biggest surprise - one lady colleague even has a bus driver license 😊

It was nice to see that every colleague has their own unique story and talents outside of work.

25 years later, what makes us proud is not only what we have achieved, but the people who made it possible. ❤️
