In April, Adventus Solutions has organized closed seminar for its finance customer – Big Bank - about management skills for Genesys contact centre platform.
Seminar was devoted to the optimal set of functionality, which are recommended for use for efective call center managing.
Participants got a Genesys user management tool for fast planning, analysis and monitoring users, as well as outbound campaigns tool which increased productivity of the contact center. And the company management extended opportunities of the contact center operational management via CC Pulse tool for statistics collection.
The seminar was attended by 25 people - contact centre managers, supervisors, IT - representatives from 9 countries - Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Spain, Finland, Sweden etc.
